Trying to achieve or maintain good health and fitness seems to be a recurring theme in most people’s lives. I am no exceptions. I have found that my 20 year old, track running body, no longer exists. I miss the days of being able to eat anything I could imagine and not have one ounce show on my body. But the times have changed and, as a result, so have my eating habits. So, a group of my friends have gotten together to create Utterlicious. It is a social posting network that allows us to post our meals. The purpose is to make us think about healthy choices. So far I have been doing okay. I have my good days and I have my not-so-healthy pepperoni pizza days! You can view my latest meals by clicking the play button below.

Here is my body weight tracker. Gyminee allows me to track my weight. I have a goal of getting back to my NCAAII track weight of 125. I know that this weight is probably unrealistic at my current age but having it as a goal motivates me to go workout and to eat properly. Ideally, anything under 130 would be terrific!
